Return Policies

Customers unsatisfied with their purchase have five days to send us a request for return. We hope this doesn’t happen but we want you to love what you have paid for. Returned jewelry must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging and in its original condition. Any signs of wear will result in the jewelry being returned as sold. The customer agrees with our right to make a fair determination of condition. Returns must be sent to us within two days of receipt of authorization. Authorization is required. No third party returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. It is advised that you purchase appropriate insurance. Once your return is received and deemed to be in good condition a full refund will be issued.

Return for Repair
A return for repair request must be accompanied with a description of damage. If it is determined when received that a broken or damaged part is the result of an oversight in the manufacturing process (our fault) there will be no charge for repair or return shipping. If it is determined that damage is the result of customer negligence we will send an estimate for the cost of repair and return shipping. The customer agrees with our right to make a determination of the cause of damage. Payment must be received before repairs can be done. Once payment has been received we will do our best to make the repair and return your purchase within ten days time. We do not repair broken chain but can replace it.

Sale Items
No refunds or exchanges are allowed for sale items. All sales are final.

We do not make exchanges. Five days are unconditionally allowed for return of purchased jewelry. If you are not pleased with your purchase, return it for a full refund. We would be pleased to receive a new order from you and will do our best to process this order in a timely fashion.
